Final Class for Brockport Summer Dance 2020

Sunday, Aug 30th, 12-1:30pm

We are excited to announce the final class during Brockport Summer Dance 2020 will be a gentle yoga with Juanita Wald, of Yoga 4 a Good Hood! Wind down and rejuvenate with a meditative yoga asana (physical practice) sequence that is both slower-paced and challenging. We will find our community and our own grounding in this session to close out the workshop and welcome in the possibilities of this new academic year.
